1. What is Unus Mundus, in practical terms?

Unus Mundus is a structured guidance methodology designed to help you identify internal patterns, clarify your current “state of play,” and translate insight into concrete decisions and actions.

Sessions combine strategic framing, symbolic decoding, and practical integration so
you leave with direction—not confusion.

2. Is Unus Mundus a psychic, fortune-telling, or prediction service?

No. Unus Mundus does not claim to predict a fixed future. Tools such as the Unus Mundus
Tarot work as an “Inner GPS” to clarify your current trajectory and leverage points.

The focus is on clarity, responsibility, and strategy—not fatalism.

No. Our services are educational/personal development guidance and coaching.

They do not replace medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or crisis care. If you are in crisis or may be in danger, do not use this Site—seek urgent help from licensed professionals in your country.

5. Are Fernando Cavalher and Selima Sfar psychologists or psychiatrists?

No. Fernando CAVALHER and Selima SFAR are not psychiatrists and not psychologists. They do not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

6. If I have a psychological disorder, can I use Unus Mundus?

No. If you have any psychological disorder, you must not use Unus Mundus services and are solely responsible for seeking support from a licensed psychiatrist or psychologist.

7. Is Unus Mundus suitable as crisis intervention or emergency help?

No. Unus Mundus is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in crisis or if you or any other person may be in danger, do not use this Site and contact emergency services and/or licensed professionals immediately.

8. What results can I realistically expect?

Clients typically gain clarity, a coherent narrative, identification of recurring patterns, and practical next steps.

Outcomes vary: you pay for reserved time and expertise—not guaranteed external results.

9. Do you guarantee outcomes (relationship, money, business success, etc.)?

No. We guarantee delivery of the service and our best application of the methodology. We do not guarantee external outcomes because they depend on many factors beyond our control.

It is suitable for adults (18+) seeking clarity and responsible action, who are willing to reflect honestly and integrate guidance.

11. What is the “Complete Strategic Reading” (Tarot) exactly,

It is a full guidance session using the 9-position system to map your current states of
consciousness, interactions, blocks, supports, and the strategic path toward the future you choose (Position 9). It is structured and actionable.

12. How long is the Tarot reading

The Complete Strategic Reading is typically 150 minutes, or as otherwise stated at
booking/checkout and in your confirmation

13. Is the reading predictive

It is not a prediction. It reflects your current trajectory given your present inner state. When your inner state changes, your trajectory can change. The reading highlights leverage points and choices.

Come with a calm environment, one main theme (relationship, career, identity, timing, etc.), and openness. You do not need to “believe”—you need willingness to explore.

14. What should I prepare before a Tarot session?

15. What if I don’t have a clear question?

That’s fine. We can begin with a general strategic scan, then refine your question as your “coordinates” become clearer.

16. What are “Guided Navigation Sessions” (2/4 sessions)?

They are follow-up sessions linked to your reading, designed to support implementation: clarifying decisions, tracking signals, adjusting actions, and integrating lessons.

17. How long are Guided Navigation Sessions?

They are typically 60 minutes each, unless otherwise specified at booking/confirmation.

18. What is the “Mind Recoding Test”?

It is an analytical tool designed to identify unconscious limiting patterns and translate them
into guidance for resolution. The fee includes the test plus interpretation and analysis.

19. Is the Mind Recoding Test a “digital service”?

We do not describe it as a “digital service.” It is an analytical deliverable. The test and its
interpretation/analysis are provided electronically. Once delivery begins or results are sent, it
is considered fully provided and is non-refundable (except where mandatory law applies).

20. What is the “Integration Package” after the test?

It is a premium package of two 90-minute remote sessions with both Cavalher and Selima,
designed to integrate insights into practical change and daily-life application.

3) PRICES, ADULTS-ONLY, AND VALUE

21. Can I buy the Integration Package without the test?

Usually no. The Mind Recoding Test is the diagnostic foundation. Without it, integration work is less precise and may be refused.

22. What are the current prices (USD)?

● Complete Strategic Reading (Tarot): $500 (150 min)
● Guided Navigation: 2 sessions $400 / 4 sessions $700 (60 min each)

23. Are these services “high ticket” and why?

Yes. Pricing reflects reserved time, high-level expertise, a unique methodology (Paradigm of
Sense©), and the depth of analysis and integration work.

24. Are services only for adults?

Yes. All services are strictly intended for adults (18+) only.

25. Can I use Unus Mundus for business decisions?

Yes. Many founders and leaders use strategic guidance to clarify timing, internal blocks,
blind spots, and decision logic. You remain fully responsible for decisions and outcomes.

4) BOOKING, SCHEDULING, DELIVERY

26. How do I book?

Bookings are made through Squarespace Scheduling on the website. Your booking is
confirmed once payment is completed and you receive confirmation.

27. Will I receive confirmation and access information?

Yes. You receive an email/calendar confirmation with scheduling details and session access
instructions (e.g., Zoom/Google Meet link).

28. What time zone is used?

Squarespace Scheduling typically displays times in your local time zone. Always
double-check the time in your confirmation email.

29. How are sessions delivered?

Sessions are delivered remotely via Zoom or Google Meet, as specified in your confirmation.

30. What are support hours and response time?

Support is available daily 08:00–20:00. Typical reply time is 24–72 hours.

5) TECHNICAL ISSUES & SESSION CONDITIONS

31. What do I need technically?

A stable internet connection, a quiet environment, and working audio/video. Headphones
and a reliable device are recommended.

32. What happens if there is a technical issue?

If the issue is on our side and prevents delivery, we will offer a reschedule or a refund in line
with our Terms and Return Policy. If the issue is on your side, we cannot guarantee extra
time or a refund

33. What if I’m late?

We wait up to 15 minutes. If you join within 15 minutes, the session ends at the originally
scheduled time.

34. What happens if I don’t show up?

A “No-Show” is treated as reserved time and is fully payable and non-refundable.

6) CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, GUARANTEE

35. What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

From the second session onward, we operate a strict 48-hour notice policy. You may
reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the session start time (subject to
availability)

36. What if I cancel or reschedule within 48 hours (from second session onward)?

If you cancel or request rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice from your second
session onward, the time remains reserved and fully payable; it is non-refundable.

37. What is the “Test Us” First Session Guarantee?

If you are not satisfied with what you experience during your first live session, you may
request a 100% return of that first session’s fee.

38. How do I request the First Session return?

Email contact@unusmundus.fr within 48 hours of the session end. Any reason is
accepted.

39. Are there conditions to the First Session Guarantee?

Yes. It applies to your first live session only, once per client. If you request and receive a full return under this guarantee, you will not be able to schedule future sessions.

40. Do you refund dissatisfaction for later sessions?

No. From the second session onward, subjective dissatisfaction does not entitle you to a refund. You are purchasing reserved time and expertise—not guaranteed external outcomes

7) PACKAGES (Validity, Expiration, Use)

41. What is a package, exactly?

A package is a prepaid bundle of sessions (e.g., 2 or 4 Guided Navigation sessions) that
supports ongoing follow-up and integration over time.

42. How long are packages valid?

Packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Unused sessions expire after
that period and are not refundable

43. Can I pause or extend the validity of a package?

Extensions may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Contact
support before the expiration date.

44. Can packages be transferred to another person or resold?

No. Packages are personal, non-transferable, and may not be resold or shared.

8) RECORDING, MATERIALS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERT

45. Are sessions recorded?

Sessions may be recorded only where technically possible and only with your explicit prior consent. Recording is never mandatory.

46. How long do I have access to a recording?

When provided, a recording is shared via a private access link typically valid for up to 30 days. After that, access may expire.

47. Can I share, publish, or upload my recording or session materials?

No. Recordings and materials are strictly for private use. Publishing, broadcasting, selling, uploading (including on social media), or distributing them is prohibited.

48. What is the Paradigm of Sense© in terms of intellectual property?

Paradigm of Sense©, including its knowledge, methodology, techniques, and applications to Mind Recoding Tests, Tarot, and Astrology, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, taught, distributed, or used commercially without written authorization.

9) PAYMENT, REFUNDS, DISPUTES, PRIVACY & LAW

49. What payment methods do you accept?

We primarily accept credit/debit cards via Stripe (e.g., Visa/Mastercard/American Express where available).

Full payment is required upfront. For high-value purchases,

UNUS MUNDUS may offer bank transfer as an exceptional option upon request and at its sole discretion; availability is not guaranteed

50. What law applies, how are disputes handled, and how is my data handled?

To the extent permitted by law, UAE law applies. Any legal action shall be filed only in the courts of Sharjah, UAE. Except where prohibited by law, disputes are resolved by binding arbitration seated in Sharjah, UAE, and you waive class/representative actions to the maximum extent permitted by law.


Your personal data is handled under our Privacy & Cookies Policy: we collect only what you provide for the services (identity/contact, birth data, and important life events voluntarily provided with explicit consent) plus minimal technical/payment data required for secure operation. We do not sell your data and do not store full card details.

Payments are processed by Stripe and the site is hosted on Squarespace; sessions may use Zoom/Google Meet where applicable.
