The “Test Us” First Session Guarantee — 100% Return

One thing we always tell our clients is: “Don’t believe us. Test us.”
So, if you are not satisfied with what you experience during our first session, we will return to you 100% of your investment.

To request the return, please email contact@unusmundus.fr within 48 hours of the session end.
All you have to do is letting us know the reason of your dissatisfaction: we will immediately accept any. Simple like that.

If you declare to be dissatisfied and want to be 100% refunded, you won’t be able to schedule future sessions

From the Second Session On (48-Hour Rule)

From the second session on, you already know our work and what you are paying for.
Therefore, if you cancel sessions with less than 48h prior to the session’s opening time, you still have to pay.

Analytical Deliverables (Mind Recoding Test)

Analytical deliverables (including Mind Recoding Test interpretation/analysis and any related written outputs) are non-refundable once delivered/sent (or once delivery begins), except where mandatory law applies.
