THESE TERMS INCLUDE AN
ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND ARE A WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A
CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE LAWSUIT.

1) Scope, Acceptance & Modification of Terms

By accessing the UNUS MUNDUS website, mobile or tablet application, or any other feature, or other UNUS MUNDUS platform (collectively “Our Website”) you agree to be bound by
these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do NOT accept all of
these Terms, then you may NOT use Our Website. In these Terms, “We”, “our”, “ours” or
“UNUS MUNDUS” refer to UNUS MUNDUS, and “you” or “your” refer to you as the user
of Our Website.

We may modify these Terms for any reason — at any time — by posting a new version on
Our Website; these changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such
changes. Your continued use of Our Website following the posting of modified Terms will be
subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use.

Please review these Terms periodically
for changes. If you object to any provision of these Terms or any subsequent modifications to
these Terms or become dissatisfied with Our Website in any way, your only recourse is to
immediately terminate use of Our Website

2) MANDATORY DECLARATIONS — PARADIGM OF SENSE©

2.2 Theoretical Framework (Strict Notice)

You DECLARE TO BE FULLY AWARE that the knowledge, methodology and techniques
are strictly based on the Paradigm of Sense© and do NOT reflect the teachings of
academic Psychology: Fernando CAVALHER and Selima SFAR are NOT Psychiatrists,
and are NOT Psychologists.
You also DECLARE TO BE FULLY AWARE that Consciousness Development, Mind
Recoding Tests, Astrology or Tarot are NOT psychological treatments (or psychotherapy)
and can NOT be used as such.
You also DECLARE TO BE FULLY AWARE that IF YOU HAVE ANY PSYCHOLOGICAL
DISORDER YOU MUST NOT USE THE SERVICES OF UNUS MUNDUS and are the sole responsible for seeking the services of a licensed Psychiatrist or Psychologist

2.3 Educational Services Only

Our services (including strategic guidance, coaching, consciousness development guidance,
Mind Recoding Tests, tarot guidance, and astrological readings) are provided for
educational and personal development purposes only and do not constitute medical,
psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial services.

2.1 Crisis & Safety

You DECLARE AND CONFIRM that:
(a) You are NOT currently in a personal crisis, mental health emergency, or imminent danger
to yourself or others.
(b) If you are in a crisis or if you or any other person may be in danger, you will not use this
Site and will immediately contact emergency services and/or licensed professionals in your
country.
(c) If a crisis occurs before, during, or after a session, you will immediately cease using the
Site and seek urgent professional help

3) Eligibility (Adults Only)

Services are strictly intended for adults (18+) only.

4) Services, Prices & Currency (USD)

All prices are listed in USD.

● Complete Strategic Reading (Tarot): $500 (150 minutes)

● Guided Navigation Sessions: 2 sessions $400 / 4 sessions $700 (60 minutes each)

● Mind Recoding Test (Interpretation & Analysis): $500 (90 minutes)

● Integration Package After the Test: $1,200 (2 × 90 minutes; Cavalher & Selima)

5) Booking & Delivery

Bookings are made through Squarespace Scheduling on the Site. A booking is confirmed
once payment is completed and you receive confirmation (email/calendar confirmation).
Services are delivered at the scheduled time and in the format indicated in your confirmation

6) Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show (48-Hour Rule)

From the second session on, you already know our work and what you are paying for.
Therefore, if you cancel or request rescheduling with less than 48 hours prior to the
session’s opening time, you still have to pay (reserved time).
We wait 15 minutes. If you do not join within 15 minutes, the session is treated as a
no-show and is fully payable.

7) Recording Policy

Sessions may be recorded ONLY with your prior explicit consent. If you consent, recordings
may be provided via a private access link valid for up to 30 days. Recordings are for private
use only and may not be published, broadcast, sold, uploaded, or shared.

The PARADIGM OF SENSE©, including all its knowledge, methodology and techniques, as
well as its applications to Mind Recoding Tests, Tarot, Astrology, is copyrighted and can NOT
be reproduced or used for commercial purposes, without written authorization.

9) Payment

Payments are processed via Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards). Full payment is required upfront.
For high-value purchases and only upon request, UNUS MUNDUS may offer bank transfer
as an exceptional option, at its sole discretion. Availability is not guaranteed.

10) Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Compliance

By using Our Website, you agree to comply with laws that apply to UAE, to the European
Union, and your own country.
To the extent permitted by law, the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its
conflict of laws rules, will govern these Terms, as well as your and our observance of them
and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter
(including non-contractual disputes or claims).
If you take any legal action relating to your use of Our Website, including these Terms, or our
services, you agree to file such action only in the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

11) Arbitration (Binding)

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating
to these Terms, our Website, or our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration
seated in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

12) Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive your right to participate in a class
action or representative lawsuit. Where such waiver is prohibited by mandatory local law,
that law will apply.

13) Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to
circumstances beyond reasonable control (including natural disasters, war, pandemic,
strikes, governmental actions, or major technical failures). In such cases, UNUS MUNDUS
may offer rescheduling or a refund at its discretion depending on feasibility.
